The complex is made up of six independant housing, each with their own specification.
The residence is composed of 6 joint residences with rez of garden of a recent villa and one apartment on the floor, with closed private carpark, laundrette, clothes line and shower external for return of beach.
The ground floor appartments can accomodate 2 to 6 people, and are all equipped of one or two double beds (depending on housing type), twin or bunk beds, an equipped kitchenette (fridge/freezer, extractor hood, vitroceramic plates, electric oven), a washing machine, a TV, a batchroom, a private terrace equipped with a blind, a table, chairs, a beach umbrella and an individual BBQ
